We have a generous 21 Day return policy, so if you’ve purchased a gift, there should be plenty of time for the recipient to return the item. Item need to be returned in re-sellable (unwashed) condition to Dash Hemp in Santa Cruz

If your not absolutely thrilled with your Dash Hemp Purchase, call 1.877.561.1824 for a RAN (return Authorization #), return the item via USPS, UPS, or Fedex Ground, and we’ll issue either a store credit or refund your purchase, less shipping. Purchases must be in re-stockable, unwashed condition, and must be returned within 21 days of receipt of items to:

Return Shipping Policy

We will only pay return shipping charges if we mailed you the wrong item or screwed up and mailed the wrong size, or if the item has a rare defect. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. If you need assistance with a wrong item or defect please call customer service at 877.561.1824 for return information.

Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Usually, USPS Priority Mail is the quickest and most economical, and comes with a tracking #. Log onto, and you can purchase and print out a label online. (Under 16oz., you can use First Class Mail)
