If, for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Dash Hemp item. Must be in re-stockable condition. We accept all merchandise returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment, for exchange, store credit, Gift Certificate Credit, or Money Back, less shipping charges. (Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.) Please call or E Mail Dash Hemp (email@example.com) for a Return Authorization # prior to return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
After a returned item has been received, Credit to your credit card usually takes 4-5 days. Check reimbursement usually takes 10 days.
Customers will receive an automatic order confirmation via E Mail. Dash Hemp will deliver all merchandise listed on the order confirmation, unless you inform us of any changes (see below).

Change and/or Cancellation of Order
Customer must notify Dash Hemp within 24 hours of confirmation for any changes made to the order. After this time orders cannot be changed.
Multiple orders placed within 24 hours are shipped together. We provide this service to our customers to reduce shipping and handling charges.
If an item you've ordered is not in stock, it will be back-ordered automatically and you will be notified immediately. We will let you know when the item is expected, and you have the option of canceling or changing your order, or waiting for the item to arrive. Dash Hemp's stock is replenished monthly, and back-orders are filled as soon as stock is received.
