Hand or machine wash cool (can also dry clean). Gentle cycle, No Bleach.

but will not shrink like cotton or other fibers.
Simply stretch back to original shape. (You can also stretch it back on the body).
Note that they will not stretch out of shape, and basically retain their original shape
due to both the inherent strength of the Hemp fiber, and also the type of knit we use.
